Ok....I think this might work....

Recommended Posts

So i'm planning on swapping my stock engine out with a b16a.....but I don't know if I need this one or that one...because, to me, they look completely identical....i'm going to order the one with the hydraulic manual transmission so I can do the at to mt swap while i'm at it........I just have absolutely no idea what to do and what else I might need.......busted ls1 told me I would need different mounts and new axles, but the axles that come with the engine are non-abs. I would like to keep my abs if that is a possibility.....and I know I need shift linkage also.............god......i'm just so lost.....

you need an OBD2A swap to plug and play , 96-98. its always easier to backdate sensors than update. in other words , its easier to put an OBD1 engine into an OBD2 car , than an OBD2 engine into an OBD1 car.
