Xeryon Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 I have seen ones on cars that clamp onto the roof itself and have hooks that wrap around the inside of the door frame. it allows you to open and close the door just fine cause the clamps are flush with the weather stripping. Go to yakima.com and enter your car, model, year, and you'll see what you'll need for a rack system. I have an HX that can carry 2 bikes and a kayak.
