nihghtshift customs Posted May 13, 2007 Share Posted May 13, 2007 ok my buddys got a crx and we picked up a 1995 civic ex VTEC head and a apexi AFC controller and put some zc pistons in and the 95 civic distibutor and fuel rail and a skunk2 intake mantifold and a 1995 civic throttle body it runs ok but when i start rappin up it gets ready for the VTEC to kick it bogs out hard and i have the right amount of fuel and enough spark evan the pros are stumped n e body know Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mustang_eater12 Posted May 25, 2007 Share Posted May 25, 2007 did u check these guys out before you took the car to them. cuz what kegan said is probibly right. either that when they wired it up it dosent kick hard but works the opposite of what it should. basically when you start going vtec it engaged and when its supposed to hit it kicks off thats where the bog is.
