Exhaust, Headers & suspension for S

I have a 1.5 s. not looking for anything major but since I want to aprtially restore back to a clean shape:

 

The exhaust is rusted so I figure a good catback but might as well do a 421 header too? what brands are decent but not too much for the 1.5

 

 

suspension: what is really needed I see a butt load of sway bars from ARS, neuspeed etc.. The rerar definetly sways at 70mph on highway and I can see how the lCA can ripp out of the sheet metal frame

 

I am thinking: front upper in engine bay

rear lower 22mm, ARS bracket too?

what about rear upper in trunk?

 

new bushing all around?

 

 

I am thinking maybe new shocks and lowering springs just 1-1.5"
