plug in fix

okay my friend give me his 15 inch red neon for under the dash. but the problem is that it plugs into the cigarette lighter. it looks really cheap and tacky. so what's the easiest way i can hide the wires and free up my cigarette lighter.

That's easy man take out the console piece where you're cig lighter is. underneath it you'll see a power wire going to the cig lighter. go get you a little splicer from radio shack (tell them you're just trying to tap a wire not cut it) and they'll show you the one you need they're like 2 bux. tap the power from the neon to the power wire for the cig lighter, then you're ground wire can be bolted to the body, just look for any little 10mm bolt that's bolted to metal. then you can hide all the wires underneath the console.

well i'm keeping the neon for now, it distracts from all the messed up crap in the car

i'm poor, just waiting for more money and my skunk2 lowering springs (yay i'm happy)
