Bolt ons. That motor is amazing as a D gets from the factory. I/H/E, and make sure you wire VTEC up right and you're good to go dude.

Dude you can run like 10psi on stock internals with good tune.

 

There's mad guys on www.turbod16.com running like 14 psi daily on stock motor with ARP head studs and Crome tune.

 

And the compression isn't high, it's 9.1:1

Swap is done and it is a hell of a lot faster than stock. I ran into to wiring problems so now my heater doesnt work. Could someome give some advice? Also my climate control lights up all the time but they shut off when I turn my headlights on.
