jarjar-noob pls help
which has better gains? the greedy turbo? or comptech supercharger? Or which s/c or turbo should I get.. Also if i bought the car for 27,xxx how much should i sell it for?
Kegger
S/C give you power all the way thru the RPM range but rob power to give you power. Turbos take a second to spool but once you hit boost, it's crazy. Your best bet would be to piece together your own turbo kit, it'll be cheaper and you get exactly what you want. You're also gonna need a good tune.
CleanGSR
What are you goals? Intake, Race Header, Exhaust and K pro will put you in the 13's.

CRG7
Where are you from that you paid $27k for one?! If you're going to sell it fairly soon, then don't modify it.

Col
Turbo adds to the performance, I agree with Compu, if you want the turbo cause it looks cool then you shouldnt buy one. I disagree. Get the best turbo kit then sell your car. It's worth about $7k second hand, I have the cash waiting. $27k is either Canadian, has heavy options or is mythical. EH6TunerDaniel
ok thanks people. I'm going to order a turbo kit then. And the fujita intake and skunk 2 exhaust. Not race headers because its to low a sound and I don't like it. makes it sound crapy in my opinion. But i'm not sure which turbo? This post tells me that you should stay away from cars forever. lceah
If you really want to turbo/super charge it, I would turbocharge it! even though there is lag, like 88CRXSi_tuner explained... some modifications affect warranty, so if you wanna sell it, don't modify because then you are selling a car without full warranty or with no warranty at all and not many people will buy it like that! especially since you paid sooo much for it! 27k...wow! Si's don't lose their value fast like many other cars...but since you paid so much and people can get the new '07 Si for much less from the dealer, I don't know if it is possible to sell it for close to 27k! if you wanna modify though, search around and see what the stuff will do for your car first before modifying... ItsJaymz
Wow... 27K? I paid 25K for mine and that was with Lojack, every extended warranty you could think of, TTL, etc. Still not great, but not bad for Houston.
