good choice on the wheels. never heard of hayame before but the clip sounded pretty good. theres one on ebay:

"Adds an extra 15-20 horsepower and torque to wheel" i bet it does

Sounds good. Like the Hayame and the wheels. It'll be nice when my sol gets CRVTEC in it.

Do you still want me to put that muffler on there if you're redoing the exhaust? It looks like the one you pictured, btw in case you forgot.

Yeah, I would also recommend a better header than you listed. Megan racing is for low quality builds. Unfortunately I don't know much about B series headers so you'll have to do some research for that. Ask Joe Collins what he comes up with.

Also, I'd recommend getting a new high-flow cat when you do the Hayame exhaust. SMSP sells them for 175 shipped so you can't go wrong, since even Random Tech is 240 or something.

What do you recommend? And no SMSP...

ANY good header is gonna cost money. If you wanna be cheap with it, just get a damn DC header.

If it were me, it'd be Toda/SMSP/RS*R (I've seen some of their old header..NICE crap.)/custom.

AN-R headers aren't that expensive.

SMS is better.

Hi-Flow cat isn't worth it IMO.

And Hayame exhaust is loud. I think you should save your money and get something more practical. Get 2.25 inch piping and a Vibrant/ES tuning muffler, and a 22" resonator. Sounds good, and is real quiet. Might spend $250.

AN-R is what I want....need a traction bar to allow proper fitment b/c the effing crossmember is in the way....

Standard:

Compact:

I want the compact b/c with the traction bar i can't use a 1/2 core rad from a civic, so I can't fit the standard....

$530 shipped, no bad for how beautiful it is....

That's the kinda header I need..The compact one. I'd have it tweaked, so that when it swoops down to go to the exhaust..it's piped through the side of the front bumper.

Me likes the compact one...

Jordan, they don't go straight to the left because of something called fluid dynamics. It wouldn't flow as well with short tubes as it does with the long equal length tubes.
