Shcoons
Hello y'all, I have recently purchased a used 91 Honda Civic H.B. with a Acura Integra B-18 A 1 engine in it. When the car was purchased it had three yellow and black wires dangling from under the dash I found that they belong to the Main Relay in the car. So here's were I am lost and here's the question's ? 1 - What are the three yellow and black wires controlling in the car ? Yes I have a Haynes Auto Manual for the Honda but the wiring diagram's arent telling me nothing I dont already know. 2 - Is the MAIN RELAY in the civic compatible with the B-18 A 1 engine or do I just need to have specific color's tied into the relay's harness to make the car run properly ? 3 - And last but not least my Honda H.B. has the ECU from a ( pr4 ) 90 - 91 Acura Integra LS\GS. So does the Honda's Main relay coinside with this ECU or is that why the relay was originally ripped out and the three YELLOW AND BLACK wires were looped as one with a jumper wire ? Note : Has anyone got the Engine swap info. for this engine in this car and if so I am sure this would be the question for you to easily answer. Thanks for your time. And any reply or Idea's will help because I am stuck. Signed : Shcooner the Tuner.
Kegger
Pretty sure they should be plugged into the relay. Though if it starts and runs fine with no codes I personally wouldn't worry bout it.
