H22 w/ Nitros ?

I have a 1994 h22 engine in my 1997 honda civic hatch back... What would i have to do to the engine for it to handle Nitros or is there a small shot that won't harm my engine ?

H22 will handle a 125 shot at best on a gooood tune, I'd go with something like 100 though.

id go with a 50 shot , and retard your timing 3 degrees.
