performance head

I am looking to buy a 98-01 integra but i was thinking of trying to get the LS and then just getting a GSR or Type-R head and then building it up for adding a turbo, along with building up the block. Now there is a web site offered by this forum fo the heads.. but i dont know what would be best to do? plus u need a core for them when buying a head. I wouldnt have any idea where to go to get a Vtec head.. all of them around here are gone. and i can never find one on ebay

so im just seeing if anyone can help me.. im not gonna buy the car for some time.. i have 2G and another car for trade in and then some money for the side to start sinking into the motor..

so if anyone can give me the best advise about the head problem please let me know
