i just bought a 95 integra ls, i got some extra cash n i was thinkin about gettin hew headers, intake manifold, throttle body, and a full exhuast system. this is the first 4 cyl/foreign car i've ever owned and im not quite sure wich parts are best for it- i've been looking at skunk2 intake manifold and full exhuast but it says "for race cars only" i dont know wether that means it'll screw my motor or what so if any of you guys know i'd sure appreciate the help--and if anyone knows of better brands for any of the parts that'd be kinda cool too. thanks

skunk2 intake mani is good. when it says for race cars only, that probably means its not street legal. for exhaust check out greddy, tanabe, apexi, just to list a few
