mycarsux
He obviously has it for cruising and a DD so I doubt he cares that its automatic. Idk, if I was planning on getting a Supra I would turn down all automatics just because of what I would be doing to it.

Monty
Welcome to the bandwagon! Everyone hop aboard! but on the topic of automatic to standard, I prefer standards but have an automatic, I could really care less.

Rick B.
i dont know about you guys, but as a person who has driven in LA traffic, i can understand why he has an automatic. i remember driving my civic in LA and being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic for at least three hours, it really takes a toll on your leg muscles. Rick B.
put it in neutral and stick my leg out the door to push the car? you cant always just roll in LA traffic.
Pyrorocketeer
put in neutral, place foot on brake. when the traffic starts to move, sit there till you can move more than 3" at a time. push clutch, put in gear, move forward. repeat. Rick B.
go sit in your car for 3 hours and do that. see if you feel it in your leg or not. i admit, it helps, but 3 hours is still a long time to do that.

CleanGSR
What does the weight of the car have to do with the stiffness of a clutch pedal? Explain that one.
Ben.
I'm referring his ability to move the car using his own leg in traffic.. If that's what they were getting at. Edit -- hell nevermind.. He was talking about coming out of gear at a standstill..then going back into gear..then bolander was talking about moving the car with his leg..which i misinterpreted as pyro telling him to do so.. wow i'm confusing myself.
