Tighten all of your pulleys, A/C and power steering if you've got it, and your alternator. If its belts that should help. But also take the belts off and looks for signs of wear, pretty easy to tell with the ribbed belts Honda uses. And if thats not it look for oil or coolant leak and definitely check all of your coolant hoses to make sure you're not leaking anything.
