03 accord windows coming down when off

hey i wanted to know i have an 2003 honda accord lx 5spd and for some reason when i have the key in my pocket since it has the transponder with the key the windows come half way down outta no where when the car is off is there a sequence on how 2 do this or what....?

On my 93 the windows will still go up or down when you take the key out, until you open a door. They don't do them by themselves though as you said yours does. So I'm not sure if this well help or not.
