Unpredictableacts Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 how does the hondata system work. is it a stand alone or a piggyback? how does it stack up against the P72 I realize it is a little more customize towrds your set up but is the P72 a bad idea(since that is what i have already)
Kegger Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 Hondata is a piggy back. You need the regular ecu to run the car. Hondata just helps run modded motors by running different fuel/air maps and the such. It also records real time data so you can better tune the motor.
clutch450r Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 im going to have to get hondata on my ecu soon and i want to know if theres any places to bbuy a ecu with hondata already or what? im new to the chipping and someone please explain this whole hondata thing to me :help:
Kegger Posted February 3, 2007 Posted February 3, 2007 You buy your hondata piggy back ecu and take it and your car to a tuner and hell tune it for you for a moderate fee.
