Which electrical component was stolen?

Hi everyone, looking for a little information to get me 1995 Civic Si 1.6 running again. :help:

Over Xmas the Civic was parked for a couple of days and was broken into (via slimjim so thankfully no body damage). Some electrical components were stolen, the car cranks but will not start. Under the glovebox I noticed a metal plate about 4"x4" with part of the electrical harness attached to it hanging down. The plate was behind the carpet that goes vertically between the passenger front wheel well and the passenger door hinge area. The plate protected whatever components were ripped off, there are 3 connectors for something.

I checked out under the rest of the dash and under the hood which seem untouched. Any help anyone can give this noob identifying the missing parts would be greatly appreciated!

EH6TunerDaniel,

It's a 1995 Civic Si hatchback. I finally got through to the local Honda dealer (crappy hold muzak) and they said it sounds like the PCM, power control module. The guy was decent enough to tell me I could probably find one for $100 used instead of the $700 Honda charges new.

Do you have a suggestion where to buy from?

junkyards , ebay perhaps. p28 , PCM or ECM , or ECU as we call them. keep an eye out for someone locally with a recently boosted or "tuned car". chances are its your p28 runing it , lol.
