cranny
you need P30 pistons(JDM B16A). this will give you approx. 12:1 compression. you can put high flow rail and adjustable regulator on the fuel delivery. run it at about 44 psi WOT. but idealy , you want 310cc injectors running at about 40. better to run higher cc inj. less psi , than smaller ones at high psi. less efficient. if you really wanted to do somin cool , im not sure what head your using , if its GSR than scratch this idea , get yourself a Type R intake manny. if its a GSR , slap an aftermarket one on , like skunk2. than when you get your ecu setup for this car , have it set for vtec to engage at 5500 , instead of 4400. ARP rod bolts are a must when using LS rods in an LSVTEC setup. just so you know. dont want you throwing a rod in your new engine. LS rod bolts blow. Campbell990
MSD boxes will send spark to each cylinder for 20 percent of the crank rotation. Basically you get better combustion. The only difference between a 6A and a 6AL is a rev limiter. If you don't need a rev limiter, save your money and get the 6A. If you are thinking about boost get the BTM.
