HONDA_FREAK
Here is the problem number one: my sister needs a car. Problem nuber two: I want a newer car. So I am thinking about leaving my Accord to my sister. Couple of my friends told me something about repo dealer. They said that cars a those auctions go really cheap. I was wondering if someone knows about these auction. I really want to buy 02 03 Acura TL under 6 grand. Is this possible? Is a repo auction a scam? thanks PYCCAK BEHbKA
Humphries
they sell them for how much the person they repo'd the car for owed whoever they owed money to.
Kastigir
they sell them for how much the person they repo'd the car for owed whoever they owed money to. Not entirely true. They sell them for whatever people will bid them to. Anything above and beyond that then becomes the responsibility of the previous owner. If you get a car repo'd that you owe 6 grand on, and they only get 4 at auction, they'll come after you for the remaining 2 grand.
