Phonetech
I have a 95 DX Coupe in which we installed a JDM D15B and an EX ECU. It also has headers, cold air intake, adn a cat-back system. The check engine light used to come on every time the V-tech engaged. Now it is on just after starting the car, and does not go off. Since it resets every time the car is shut off, I am not sure if a shop can retrieve the code. Any one have any ideas what might be causing this. The car runs great and gets excellent milage, so whatever it is, it is not affecting the performance of the motor.
Kastigir
When a car throws a CEL, a code is stored in memory until removed. If you're not noticing any major performance issues, probably something minor like a TPS.
