jperry100
I have a 1998 Honda Civic sedan. It has standard steel rims which, according to Honda, are 14X5", bolt pattern is 4X100. I would like to put snow tires on the car with their own steel rims. The local salvage yard has a set of 4 KIA rims which are 14X5.5", bolt pattern 4X100. I was able to find, from the local Honda dealer, that the 5.5" rims where the ones used on more recent Hondas and that they would work on a 1998 model. My two questions are: will the KIA rims fit on the Honda? also the Honda rims have 14 holes, I assume for ventilation-the KIA has less holes but of course the rims are for winter use so would this be OK? Any help would be appreciated. Joe

EH6TunerDaniel
The center bore may be smaller on the KIA wheels, they may not fit the hub.
