you can use a hair dryer to heat it up a little, then use dental floss, or fishing wire to get behind the emblem, and slowly work down. there was a good video for this a lil while back on here with an sti

Yeah, the H emblem has has notches on the back that slide into the holes. I have 3 spare emblems because the lady i bought my car from had "custom rims" which were the stock 7-spoke accord rims for that year, but they had the gold emblems put into the center caps. now I've got 8 neat little holes on all my epoxied on center caps.

Ya, I heated it up and pulled them off on my 2000 (as far as the LX and the Accord goes. The dealer sticker just peeled off for me. Then I used some bug tar remover, and it cleaned it up really nice, except the Accord still has a Really thin outline you can see at just the right angle. I worked for about 20 minutes on it, and I couldn't get it off, but you really can't see it unless you're looking for it, so F it. I left my H because I didn't want the holes there...

Edit: You can see my before picture in my sig. I haven't taken any new pictures recently after debadging, though...

Had some time this weekend, removed the emblems. The dealer sticker was easy enough, pealed right off after heating it with a hairdryer. Accord logo was a bit tougher. Heated it and managed to remove it easily, but the glue left behind was annoying. Took about 20min to get all of the glue removed. The H logo was easy enough, but left 2 large holes, so i just put that back on. Ill have to take it off one day and just fill in the holes.

Thanks for all the help!

I got mine off (dealer sticker and all) with a razor blade and goo-gone. Then just rewax it.

No! No, no, no! Disregard that statement! Maybe a plastic razor blade, but there are much better ways. Someone already mentioned my ideal way, take a heat gun or hair dryer and go over the emblem. Take fishing wire and use it to slice the double sided tape from the car. After that you can just take some sort of adhesive remover or you could use a plastic razor blade to gently scrape it off, preferably with some sort of liquid like detail spray.

Well, sorry, I didn't see you got them off. Haha, disregard my post now, haha.

I'm really tempted to take my emblems off but if i wanted to put them back on what kind of glue/ adhesive would i use to put them back on?

make sure the emblems you take off dont have the ones with prong things, or whatever that slide into holes. cause then if you take them off, youll have some nice holes showing instead of an emblem
