TLontheDL
in order to make a "custom" enclosure for your new model car, you must measure the dimensions of the trunk space. Most shop owners would have to look at your trunk and THEN give you a quote. It also depends on how you want your trunk setup to look like. Do you just want a rectangular shaped box? If so, what I recommend is have someone build you a custom enclosure build to spec. In order to find this out, you must look at the manual of the sub you are going to use. The factory will recommend the size of the box for that sub...use that recommendation.

That Guy
check crutchfield.com, they dont always have EVERYTHING on their website but call them and if its made, they most likely carry it or can get it. what kind of subs do you want? i used to manage/work at an audio shop in cali and did most of the custom fab work. you could do 2 8's with one on each side of the trunk in the rear corners. i can make it look like you dont even have subs and your trunk will still look factory. Unpredictableacts
I do them but would need to find on local to build it perfect.....are you wanting a fiberglass box? and do you have the subs already or are those undecided.....it would be great to have those when building the box. if you are serious about doing it, and doing it correct email me at unpredictableacts@yahoo.com just a few example of what I have done....I am not blowing smoke and have time as of now to do it. just a basic door pod for a 89-90 silverado I did for a co worker. kick panels for my liitle cousins truck. his door pod all of this stuff in his truck w/ eq console. I know that the black clashes but the color was his call. ass end of a 92 firebird I did if you need any other answers email me.
Monty
As a previous owner of a firebird, that housing makes you unable to get to your spare. You get a flat, you're fscked. Go for functionality THEN find out how you can make it look better.

What you are looking at is actually a false face, The subs are actually in a box so you can remove the yellow face and get to the spare if needed, after unhooking the amplifiers of course. Monty
What you could have done is put that mount on a hydraulic system, just like the hatch is on the firebird, so you can just raise it up to access the spare. I mean, I'm not knocking your work, it looks awesome, but that seems like a bit much just to get a spare out
