Posted December 4, 2006 Share Posted December 4, 2006 it depends on if you go to a shop or not. you can do it yourself, its not that hard of a swap if youre putting the exact same motor into your car. everything will plug right in and line up correctly. Posted December 4, 2006 Share Posted December 4, 2006 most military base/posts have shops that you can rent out with tools to do the work. if youre going to do it from home, all you need is a ratchet set, jack with stands, and a chain that you can use with a pulley attatched to your garage ceiling to hoist out the motor.
