92civic
Looking at them. Are they worth it? What have you guys had luck with? I am getting a built vtec head soon so.......would it be good to put one on it? oh,it's a d15b7.
90IntegraC1
well if your head is ported you would want to match the port for the IM to increase the airflow....if you're getting a built vtec head it can't hurt to upgrade to an Edlebrock or Skunk 2 IM. If you do IM, just get a larger throttle body so you can do it all at once.
..SSR..
Skunk2. Edelbrock is leaned towards turbo. You don't need to portmatch.

Rick B.
skunk2 FTW!! and definitely get a larger throttle body, it isnt cheap though.

Kicksome123
Why not, its said that the biggest hold back on a factory engine is the stock intake maifold, I am and I think you should...
..SSR..
Actually it is whatever doesn't flow as well as the rest of the engine... Skunk2 IM's don't need to be port matched.
Pyrorocketeer
um...all intake manifolds should be port matched. You the great engine builder that you are should know that. Straighter the flow, and less disturbance = more power.
..SSR..
Skunk2 is perfectly shaped for a stock D port.
