cranny Posted December 3, 2006 Share Posted December 3, 2006 i made this myself , now theres 2 different OBD1 GSR ecu's (P61- 92-93 , P72- 94-95), i know not the differences between the 2 if any. i made these based on the manuals i have at my disposal so. here ya go and any questions ask away: obd1 INTEGRA PIN LOCATION - COLOR - FUNCTION --------------------------------- A01 - brown - #1 injector A02 - yellow - #4 injector A03 - red - #2 injector A04 - green/yellow - VTEC solenoid valve(GSR) A05 - blue - #3 injector A06 - orange/black - H02S(heated oxygen sensor) A07 - green/blue - PGMFI main relay A08 - empty A09 - black/blue - IACV(idle air control valve) A10 - empty A11 - empty A12 - green - to rad and condensor fan relays A13 - green/orange - CEL(check engine light) A14 - empty A15 - black/red - A/C compressor clutch relay A16 - white/green - alternator A17 - pink/blue - IAB solenoid valve(GSR secondarys) A18 - empty A19 - yellow - TCM(A/T only) A20 - red - evap purge solenoid A21 - yellow/green - ICM(ignition control module , ignitor) A22 - empty A23 - black - ground to PGMFI mian relay A24 - black - ground for ecu as well as VSS , and VTEC pressure switch) A25 - yellow/black - PGMFI main relay(power , also tied in with B1) A26 - brown/black - ground for ecu as well as data link connector B01 - yellow/black - PGMFI main relay(power , also tied in with A25 and connected to purge control solenoid) B02 - browm/black - ground B03 - green/blue - TCM(A/T only) B04 - grey - TCM(A/T only) B05 - blue/red - A/C switch B06 - empty B07 - light green/black - A/T only gear position indic B08 - green - PSP(power steering pressure switch) B09 - blue/white - 7.5a starter signal fuse in under hood fusebox and comes out as black/red wire , and runs to starter cut relay and also runs to PGMFI main relay B10 - orange - VSS(vehicle speed sensor) B11 - orange - CYP(cylinder position sensor) B12 - white - CYP sensor B13 - orange/blue - TDC(top dead center sensor) B14 - white/blue - TDC B15 - blue/green - CKP(crankshaft fluctuation sensor) B16 - blue/yellow - CKP D01 - white/blue - 7.5a backup fuse in under hood fusebox D02 - green/white - brake pedal switch D03 - red/blue - KS(knock sensor) D04 - brown/white - service check connector D05 - empty D06 - blue/black - VTEC pressure switch D07 - light blue - data link connector D08 - light green - TCM(A/T only) D09 - white/red - alternator D10 - green/red - ELD(electronic load detector) D11 - red/black - TPS(throttle position sensor)(TCM also for A/T) D12 - empty D13 - red/white - ECT(engine coolant temp sensor)(TCM as well for A/T) D14 - white/red - H02S(heated oxygen sensor) D15 - red/yellow - IAT sensor D16 - white/black - TCM(A/T only) D17 - white/yellow - MAP sensor D18 - empty D19 - yellow/white(than yellow/red from tower plug for LS , yellow/white all the way for GSR) - MAP sensor D20 - yellow/blue - TPS(throttle position sensor) D21 - green/white - MAP sensor D22 - green/blue - H02S(heated oxygen sensor) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- all yellow/black's are tied together , they are power wires , and one goes to each of the following sensors ELD (electronic load detector) IAB (GSR secondarys) EVAP purge control solenoid IACV (idle air control valve) VSS (vehicle speed sensor) all 4 injectors to the second wire yellow/white wire from 15A ECU fuse under hood , to PGMFI main relay yellow/green wire from PGMFI main relay to fuel pump , black/white wire from fuel pump to ground also a white/red wire leaning the data link connector , runs through interior lights 7.5a fuse under dash and from there to the 50A option fuse under the hood for A/T , black/white wire from start position key tumbler to A/T position switch(wont start unless its in park or neutral) white/green wire , second wire from brake switch goes to 20A horn/stop fuse Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
