Xbox 360 Core vs. Premium/Platinum

Recommended Posts

For all of you 360 users... which system do you have, the core or the premium? What are the major differences between the two (I know the core doesn't have the HD, but I've seen them sell for around $80)?

Alright, thanks! I didn't feel like researching it, since the Xbox doesn't interest me really lol, but needed to know. So if it is just the HD, then I can just pick up the core and later on get the $80 HD, and save $20-40 :)

I bought a core in February back when 360s were still impossible to find. Now I've upgraded it with the HDD, wireless controllers, and the wireless networking adapter :pirate:

The main differences are that the core comes with just a wired controller, and composite cables. The Premium comes with a wireless controller, HDD, headset, chrome disc tray, and component cables. Both consoles come with 1 free month of Xbox Live gold.

Thanks. I picked up a core a week or two ago. Either I'll pick him up the HDD for $70-80, or he can buy one himself. For now, I just got the memory card for it.
