CRXmane
i just purchased a 1988 CRX DX, one thing that i am worried about is the head and or block warping, its fine now but im pushing 105,000 miles and would like some idea of when/if it might happen, also i was considering putting a sway bar in the back seeing as though there is no backseat and all, would it make the difference or would it be a waste of cash money. HONDA CRX 88 SI
let me tell u something 105,000 miles are not alot of miles for a car of that age.
sloassrex
True man, that's actually very good for an 18 year old car. I don't think you should worry about head/block warpage for a lot longer. Well, that's in most cases. If the car was well taken care of, you could probably go for around 300K miles. Maybe more. That is with a good rebuild though. That's up to you when to do it though. cranny
well as long as you never overheat the engine , the head and block will never warp cause thats the only thing that does it.
