I heart my prelude
Does a universal part mean it has less quality? I can't find much other than universal parts for my 3rd gen.

xxscaxx
universal means it applies to anything.
willthiswork89
although not the case in some things such as racing seats, just because it says universal doesnt mean they will bolt in your car. ive spent about 30 hours fabricating brackets for my racing seats for my lude 8|
I heart my prelude
I know what universal means I just wanna know if universal parts like intakes and mufflers are quality. Hardware engine performance stuff not seats or anything. Because I'm getting frustrated with not finding anything for my specific model(91'). sloassrex
What parts are you exactly looking for?
sloassrex
If you want to put a new exhaust, I would take off the rear section and take it to a muffler shop and have them custom bend a bigger one. I've actually read articles that say that the only part that'll give you more power is the rear part. Oh and I don't think this applies to turbo and super charger applications. Hatch92
do a search on the chassis code if ur lookin for exhaust parts, and engine code if ur looking for engine parts. it will eliminate most of ur problems with universal stuff
