There are a lot of appearance mods you can do for relatively cheap. Clear corners, grills, tinted windows, break peddals, interior/exterior lighting and so forth... Not sure quite what kind of look you are going for but you can always check ebay for your 5th generation of Accord. I would suggest some tail lights eventually (you have lots to choose from) and clear corners and bumpers to quickly set yours appart from the stock look.
