richard Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 I was reading a little bit about this swap, is it hard to do also could i use the b20 out of an old obd 0 prelude and a obd 0 b16 head or does it have to be out of a c-rv. BigBirdSucks Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 you can't use the B20 out of the prelude because it won't bolt up to a B series head. you have to use a B20B or B20Z from a CR-V. building a CR-VTEC isn't a cakewalk but it isn't extremely hard if you know what you're doing. it's also not a cheap motor to build or a "short-cut" build.
