TheKingRax Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Hey, I got a 97 4cl accord with 110k, which im planning on selling in a few months. Ive been cleaning it up, painted over all the chips, fixed a few problems with the exhaust to make it more suited for the public ect. Im wondering if rebuilding the engine would help increase the resale value a lot or is it a waste of money. Thanx
CleanGSR Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 You shouldn't need to rebuild the engine with only 110k miles. If I were interested, I'd be more wary of a car with that mileage that had a rebuild. If it runs well now, then not doing to rebuild will prove that it's always been a reliable car.
