CRXSSIVE Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 hi, I have a 1989 crx witha jdm b16a I'm thinkin about upgrading my tranny. not sure if I should just dump the type r tranny in or replaced 1-4 gears in the b 16a tranny & leave the 5 one stock(engine won't rev really high... better gas on hwy.)I havent done tranny work before... this could ge a good learning experience. how much do the type r trannies normally go for... used ones that is Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
