We have a thread for bad sellers/buyers, so here's a thread for the good sellers on HF.

Rules

- Only post if you have had a successful transaction with a seller on HF.

- Each buyer may only post once per seller. If there are other HF members who have purchased from the seller, please feel free to post. However, if you have purchased numerous times from a seller, please only post once.

- First post will be updated with a list of all good sellers, including the number of users who have purchased from seller.

Please note: This thread has been updated to include buyers, as indicated by this post. It is harder to be scammed by buyers, but the reality of it is that it does happen. It's near impossible to take the word of someone online, no matter how much you would like to. In addition to falling back on his/her word, there are a handful of other ways that buyers can scam sellers (none of which I will list).

The following is for USDM model del Sols:

S model (1.5L SOHC)

93-95 - 102 hp

96-97 - 106 hp

Si model (1.6L SOHC VTEC)

93-95 - 125 hp (d16z6)

96-97 - 127 hp (d16y8)

VTEC model (1.6L DOHC VTEC)

94-97 - 160 hp (b16a3)

S and Si model Sol's had the added option of being auto, which cost anywhere from $600 - $1k extra, but the VTEC models didn't have that option. Basically, it's harder (not impossible) to find an auto Sol than a manual Sol.

S models have 13" wheels w/ hub caps. Si and VTEC models have 14" rims.

All Si models, and the 94 VTEC model, have 4 wheel discs, and the 95-97 VTEC models have 4 wheel discs with ABS.

S models don't have power door locks, cruise control, or power steering.

96-97 models don't come with factory fog lights.

NEW (from Spacemonkey71):

The 96-97 "S" trim had a D16Y7 engine (Civic CX/DX/LX)

The 96-97 S have power steering, but still no power locks or cruise.

Please spread the word to other S2000 owners about Honda Forums. The more people that know about it, the more people that join, and therefore more discussion.

This forum is very inactive, so we really need to get started on this.

Some ideas:

- If you are on other web boards, that allow the posting of other board links, please make a topic for HF and/or place a link to HF in your signature.
