Honda wireless headphones

I also have the EX-L model year 2020 bought back in June 2021. I have the same issue with: DISPLAY SCREEN IS ON, DISPLAY SCREEN IS OFF. mOVE THIS SCREEN TO VERTICAL POSITION TO TURN BACK ON. It is really annoying, and it is still doing it. Is it a failure on the wireless itself?
