    Hello all! I have a 96 civic and the car came with no keys so im trying to remove the cylinder to replace it. The car didn't come with registration so locksmith wont work on it. I've tried a bunch of things to take it out but I can't get it out. Anyone run into this issue or have and ideas/tips on how to remove it?
