HONDA HRV MAKING WHISTLING SOUND WITH WINDOWS PARTIALLY DOWN

If anyone has heard of a Honda HRV having an extremely high pitched whistling sound when the windows and/or sunroof open, please contact Honda. The noise is coming from the driver's side dash-right at the steering column. Honda dealerships want to rip out the headliner. Honda claims that they are not aware of this problem and the dealerships that I have spoken to have also not heard of the problem.
