I have a 2009 honda accord.. my low beams are not working. The High beams go on when I pull the stalk inward but do not go on when I push the stalk forward , to the high beam position. In the "on" position the inner lights and rear are on. In the "auto" position there are no front light and the rear are on. I checked the fuses on both drivers and passenger side and they appear to be ok. I checked under the hood and there is no power going to the low/outer beam connector . I noticed as well , with the stalk in the off position , when I turn on the car the front inner lights( high beams) are on , the rear light are off
