waits Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 I recently got a 97 Honda Civic CX with manual transmission. I've never owned a Honda before. I recently replaced the upstream 02 sensor after CEL as well as the blower motor. I noticed this problem soon after. It sputters and the engine shakes whenever I have the a/c on when idling.
