1999 RF Door wind noise

We bought this car new, but it has developed quite a bit of wind noise, we think is coming from a section at the front of the passenger side front door, about even with the dash and the mirror. I noticed that there are two seals on the doors, door opening seal , and the door weatherstrip. Any ideas on which one of these seals would be causing this? I tried using a piece of paper and shutting the door on it, but that test was inconclusive. Since one seal is $70.00 and the other $61.00 or so, I would just like be able to replace the culprit.
