flamer Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 Hi guys, the mrs bought an old 2002 civic. Runs sweet. Anyway the key fob looks like its from the 1970s, the key is separate, then the unlock fob is a separate piece of plastic its big and ugly. Is there an easy way to change it over to a key with the buttons built in? I swapped out the casing on her last peugeot and fixed the buttons on it, but I know those ones you cannot repogramme because they have a transponder and needs ot be paired with the car etc. But I think Honda is a basic code I can apply to any fob and get the blade cut is this true?
