Alaskadude
I got pulled over last week for a headlight being out. I hadn't known about it because we have ~18 hours of daylight in the summer in Alaska I don't have a lot of car maintenance experience, but I'd like to attempt to fix it myself. I replaced the bulb yesterday and now NEITHER headlight will turn on. I'm assuming that the timing of this was just a coincidence, but I'm not sure. I did not touch the left headlight, only the right. I checked the fuses, and neither the left or right headlight fuses are blown. Hi-beams and daytime running lights still work, as well as the rear taillights, so I sort of assume the headlight switch is ok. I switched the headlight relay with the horn relay just to check that it wasn't the relay, and it also seems to be working. I'm at a loss of what else could be causing this. Any ideas? This is on a 2005 Honda Civic.
