H0ndaLove Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 2012 Honda Civic Ex-Coupe Hi Guys....new to this site and the forums...need help determining the substance that is on my wheels...I think the previous owner had "blacked" them out and didn't remove all of it completely. Trying to figure out the best way to clean the stuff off without damaging the wheels. Should I attempt it myself, or ask the carwash/detail place?
