Xeryon Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 Your video linking worked perfectly. First thing to check is if the blades themselves are damaged. If the rubber hardened enough it could make an odd noise when the direction changes. To me it is odd that the sound happens at the apex and the end of the arm rotation. Seems unlikely to by a physical obstruction. It's possible the wiper motor is coming loose or malfunctioning. If you are a mechanically inclined person it isn't hard to tinker with and test the wiper motors. Might vote is the wiper motor mounts are coming loose and the clunk is the assembly bouncing around on loose bolts. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
