i have a fuel leak coming form a crack in the headers of my b20b crv motor in a ef civic hatch it was run then my starter went out i replaced the starter but now wont start what could it be????? plz help with info

no longer running it was wants to trun over and dose sometimes but dies out not to long after checked compression and its good idk what could be
