i have a 1990 civic lx sedan with the 1.5 engine. I't won't start at all, all it does and crank and that's it, jump starting doesn't work either. It has a new battery, new starter, and new altenator belt, and the fuel pump is good, it has gas, plugs and wires are also good. I checked the fuses, and the fuse that goes to the starter is good, but the fuse isn't getting any juice. so does anyone else have this problem?

if it cranks then you're starter is good. did you check for spark? check for fuel at the injectors?
