This may have been asked before, so sorry if this is a repost.
I have a 98 Honda Civic DX that slips out of 5th gear, If you shift into 5th you have to hold the gas pedal steady, if you slightly lift off the gas it comes out of 5th gear. I can hold it in 5th and it will drive all day long.
any suggestions? shifter bushings have been replaced.
also, what is a good muffler for this car? the one currently one it, is extremely extremely loud. and raspy around 3-4k RPM
