Hey Guys!,

My hatch stopped running about 2 months ago. i checked it out and found one of my spark plug wires corroded into my distributor cap and since my wife tried to start the car so much it flooded the spark plugs. I have since changed the cap, rotor, spark plug wires, spark plugs and valve seals. still wont run. . . I sprayed starter fluid into my intake to see if it was a fuel problem still wont start. figured out im not getting a spark. I then checked ACG and ECU fuses and they are fine . . .. HELP

Go to the parts store and get a spark tester. There's a couple different ways to do it, most of which are unsafe ways of doing it. There's tools where you could just place this tool that looks like a pen and it'll light up if there's spark going through it.

Pull plug wires, put plug on blug wire, put end of plug on metal, have some crank over the car and look if it sparks...

don't be a retard and hold the spark plug, hold the rubber boot. if you are to retarded to figure out VERY basic electricity, you probably shouldn't be working on a car.

Well we did try to see if there was a spark by taking the plug wire out and looking for a spark. Also my buddy had an old school tester that you hook up to a plug wire and hit the trigger of a lasergun looking thing. Anyways no spark. They have yo wrk cause all 4 dont have a slark and they are brand new.

manual? pull out coil, check spring to each terminal... i think spring to B should be about 4 ohms, terminal to terminal should be like .7.

ignitor, take it to autozone, they can test it, just make sure they hook it up right. i usually have ignitor issues but supposedly the coil is a problem more often

the manual has the actual specs, i dont know if im correct off the top of my head

From what ive read. . . I dont have to actually try to turn the car on all i have to do is short the 2 pin connector and turn the key to position 2 and watch for error messeges. If the cell light doesnt flash its a bad ground but i am unsure what or who is right.

If it doesnt flash, there are no saved codes.
