SpeedDemon
it means that after your header you have no more exhaust. it is extremely loud, will make you dizzy, get you a ticket because it is not legal(no cat) get an aftermarket exhaust. 2.25" is fine for n/a motors. if turbo or a built n/a motor go 2.5"

lastresort576
the no back pressure theory is there to an extent on a 4-stroke engine, however it is A LOT more prevalent on a 2-stroke and you'd lose a ton of power. but the only time you could safely run an open DP(down pipe) is after a turbo since there is no back pressure and it just flows out. It's already got a rev limiter..I found that It ran and shifted smoother when I only tacked it up to like 6200rpm instead of maxing it out..But your call, drive it ho you want to. Just remember the higher you tach it up the more fuel you use.
